Our favorite new Star Wars collaboration: Shoes

The latest Star Wars collaboration comes from Po-Zu, an eco-friendly footwear company based in London.

This summer, Po-Zu will ship a collection of sustainably sourced sneakers and boots inspired by Star Wars and some of the saga’s leading characters. My favorite: The canvas high-tops pictured at right. The style also comes in black, off-white, and sand.

In addition to the high-tops, the collection includes boots inspired by Rey, Finn, Poe, the Stormtroopers — and Chewy. Yes, Chewy shoes. Yes, we’ll show them to you.

Po-Zu is taking pre-orders now for delivery beginning in August. The vegan high-tops run about $145-155, and the leather boots will set you back about $300. Sizes are European sizes; here’s a conversion chart from Zappo’s that will help.

What makes Po-Zu eco-friendly? The company’s shoes are made without toxic solvents, with natural materials such as cork, coconut fibers, latex, organic cotton, pure wool tweed and chrome-free leathers. The high-tops are vegan.
