Bath & Body Works and Disney partner on Villain-Inspired fragrances
Bath & Body Works announced a new collaboration with Disney, a villain-themed fragrance collection inspired by two of the most iconic Disney villains: the Evil Queen and Maleficent.
This new line follows the success of the company’s Disney Princess collection, which generated significant customer demand.
The new collection, which includes candles, body sprays, lip gloss, and lotions, is available online Aug. 26 and 27 for Bath & Body Works loyalty members and launches in stores and online at bathandbodyworks.com starting Sept. 3.
The 39-product assortment includes:
- Fine fragrance mist
- Body wash
- Body cream
- Lip gloss
- Candles
- Hand soap
- Sanitizer
- Laundry care
- Decorative home accessories
The fragrance for the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is a blend of Dark Red Apple, Wicked Pear, and Vanilla Suede. According to Bath & Body Works, the scent is designed to be both fresh and warm, with the dark apple evoking the forbidden fruit and the vanilla suede providing a soft, luxurious finish.
Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty is represented by a more mysterious and complex scent. This fragrance combines Sinister Plum, Midnight Berries, and Mystical Woods. The scent includes notes of deep plum nectar, black tea, and a medley of berries, all tied together with shimmering cedarwood and creamy cashmere musk.
