Stormalong Bay at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club reopens

Guests at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts can once again dive into the New England-inspired charm of Stormalong Bay, which recently reopened after a period of routine maintenance which began in January.

This expansive, three-acre aquatic wonderland, known for its unique sand-bottom pool and relaxing whirlpool spas, blends the nostalgic feel of a beachside boardwalk with the excitement of a full-fledged water park.

While the main Stormalong Bay area is now open for enjoyment, the Shipwreck Pool and its thrilling waterslide will remain temporarily closed as crews put the finishing touches on their maintenance. Disney anticipates reopening these features for guests “in the coming weeks,” promising even more fun in store.
