Videos, Photos: Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes visits Disneyland

MVP Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs spent the day after winning Super Bowl LVII at Disneyland heading down Main Street, U.S.A. in a cavalcade and spending time with his wife family on a few rides.

Mahomes led the Chiefs to a 38-35 win over the Philadelphia Eagles in the biggest game of the year, one that included two Black starting quarterbacks for the first time in Super Bowl history (Mahomes and Jalen Hurts). He threw three touchdown passes including two in the fourth quarter to propel his team to the win.

Mahomes celebrated the victory with a jubilant cavalcade complete with Mickey Mouse and his pals past Sleeping Beauty Castle and down Main Street, U.S.A.

Mahomes also posed with his wife, Brittney Mahomes, their children, Sterling, 1, and Bronze, 11 weeks old, in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Park and also rode a few attractions.

Mahomes is now a member of the fraternity of NFL megastars who have been a part of Disney’s long-standing Super Bowl tradition that began in 1987 when New York Giants quarterback Phil Simms first appeared in the commercial following his team’s Super Bowl victory.
