You can once again hug, get autographs from Disney characters

Walt Disney World guests can once again hug and get autographs from Disney characters during meet and greets.

The change went into effect on April 18 and the lines to meet the characters were once again lengthy as guests were able to touch characters and seek autographs. In addition, many of the characters that had been absent for a while have returned to their locations around the parks.

When looking at the My Disney Experience App to search for where to find characters be aware that you will find some characters at permanent locations, such as Snow White at the Wishing Well at the Germany Pavilion in EPCOT. Other characters will be listed at “sightings.” In some of these cases, the sightings mean that characters are in locations that you will not be able to get to, such as Donald Duck and Daisy Duck on a balcony at Hollywood Studios, or Chewbacca around Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge near the Millennium Falcon where you can shake hands.
