President Obama can always be seen at Disney World
When President Obama arrives Thursday at the Magic Kingdom in Disney World it is unclear whether any of the guests will be able to see him.
The President is scheduled to give a speech on his tourism initiative in front of Cinderella Castle and as of now, Main Street and all of the shops along it will be closed from the opening of the park until he leaves. But in case anyone misses him giving his speech, they can still find him everyday inside the Magic Kingdom – at the Hall of Presidents.
In honor of his inauguration, President Obama was added to the attraction — bringing all 43 presidents together — with one of the most advanced life-like Audio-Animatronic figures at the time, according to Disney. Not that he was very aware of what the Hall of Presidents was or how it works. Take a look at this White House video of him making the voice over for his character and you’ll see he needed some information on the attraction.
My sister was at the park that day and said so much of it was shut down! She was pissed!
