12 Disney World ride phrases parents can use on their kids

Now that parents and kids are spending more time together at home due to remote learning and remote working, we thought it might be a good idea to roll out some Disney World phrases parents can weave into the conversation during the day.

We chose some of the more common phrases you might know from various Disney World attractions to help explain, motivate and help educate your kids through these times.

Take a look at send us some others you might want to use.

Encouraging your kids to get motivated: This here’s the wildest ride in the wilderness!” (Big Thunder Mountain)

When explaining the idea of shelter in place: “For your safety, please keep your hands, arms and legs in the ride vehicle at all times.”

When setting up the kids for their daily remote learning: “This chamber has no windows and no doors, which offers you this chilling challenge: to find a way out! (The Haunted Mansion)

To show off you can help them with their school work: “Remember how easy it was to learn your ABC’s? Thank the  Phoenicians – they invented them.” (Spaceship Earth)

When helping them study science: “The eighth wonder of the world… the backside of water!” (The Jungle Cruise)

When helping study history: “It’s a salute to all nations, but mostly America.” (Muppet Vision 3D) 

To provide some general encouragement: “Nice work, pal.” ( Soarin’ Around the World)

After finishing artwork: Some imagination, huh?” ( Fantasmic!)

At the end of the day: “If you enjoyed this cruise my name is Mom and this has been the world famous Jungle Cruise, if you didn’t my name is Dad and this has been Space Mountain.” (The Jungle Cruise)

When you’ve just had enough and you need quiet: “Everybody, face the door! And the trick is we’re going to make you all . . .disappear!” (Enchanted Tiki Room)

To remind the kids to behave: “I’m watching, always watching.” (Monsters, Inc Laugh Floor)

Before everyone goes to bed: “There’s a great, big, beautiful tomorrow,
