The parade will stay primarily the same with the parade to the hub in front of Cinderella’s Castle where the audience is encouraged to dance with the characters. While there are no major changed to the parade or floats the name is being rebranded as “Move It! Shake It! Dance and Play It!”
Being added to the floats will be Stitch, as well as Phineas and Ferb. Those being taken off the floats are the Mad Hatter, Genie, Lumiere, and Sebastian, according to Disney.
The parade was launched in February 2009 and while it does have set times during the day, it is also used as a crowd control device. When needed, the parade can be launched to help unclog areas of the entryway.
