Will Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party start in mid-August?

Disney World has been expanding the days of all of its up-charge events and festivals recently, could that mean Halloween will start in mid-August this year?

We bring this up because there is one major difference that has been posted on the Disney World calendar. Magic Kingdom’s Festival of Fantasy Parade will be moved to 2 p.m. starting Aug. 19, 2018.

Disney has been moving the parade up by an hour from 3 p.m. to 2 p.m. when there are special-ticketed events taking place at the park, or the park closes early.

The Disney calendar only goes out until Aug. 19, but this could mean that we can start seeing the party earlier than usual.

Last season, the party ran from Aug. 25 to Nov. 1, 2017.

So, be prepared to start singing this soon: “Boo To You,  A Trick Or Treat, For You, That’s Boo It’s You, Know Who.
