Morimoto Asia to open at Disney Springs in Disney World on Sept. 30
Morimoto Asia, the new pan-Asian restaurant in the new Disney Springs at Disney Workd, will open Sept. 30, 2015, Disney announced.

The two-story restaurant has lounges, dining space and a kitchen which allows diners to see what’s happening behind the scenes. On the second level is a sushi bar and lounge.
“This has been a project of passion for our team and Chef (Masaharu) Morimoto. We can’t wait to open our doors to everyone visiting Disney Springs this fall and beyond,” Nick Valenti, restaurateur and CEO of Patina Restaurant Group said in a press release.
Morimoto Asia will be open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch with dim sum.
“I hope the guests at Morimoto Asia have as much fun eating this food as I have creating it.” Chef Masaharu Morimoto said.
