Island seen in the sky above Animal Kingdom in Disney World
Two large cranes were recently erected for further construction of Pandora–The World of Avatar at Animal Kingdom in Disney World.

On the crane, high above the Animal Kingdom, was a floating island. Now, we don’t know what this is specifically for, but it was very cool. And I’m sure there will be other surprises high above the sky. If you see them, please share.
Pandora is based on James Cameron’s “Avatar” film and is scheduled to open in early 2017.
The main ride, AVATAR Flight of Passage will have guests soaring on a Banshee over the alien world.
A water adventure on The Na’vi River Journey water ride will have guests ride in canoe passing glowing plants and creatures.
