Summer House on the Lake coming to Disney Springs in 2023

Summer House on the Lake today announced that it is coming to Disney Springs in 2023 saying that more information is coming soon.

Summer House on the Lake is part of the stable of restaurants owned and operated by Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, which also operates Beatrix Restaurants, which was originally supposed to open at Disney Springs prior to the pandemic.

Summer House on the Lake, which has locations in Santa Monica, Chicago and North Bethesda, has a California-inspired menu, led by Chef Ben Goodnick, and features simple ingredients sourced from local grower partnerships and sustainable products.

There is no indication where the restaurant will be located, but most likely it will be on the site where the Beatrix Restaurant was supposed to be located, across from the Salt & Straw gourmet ice cream shop.
