The insanely high-end residential area on Walt Disney World property is expanding.

The Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort is planning a new neighborhood featuring estate-sized homes starting at $3 million.

The Kingswell neighborhood will eventually have 53 homes ranging in size from 5,000 to 7,000 square feet. The neighborhood will have a community park with natural landscapes. Near the park will be a bronze sculpture of Pinocchio, according to a new release.

For you Disney trivia people, Kingswell is the name of the street where Walt and Roy Disney set up their first Hollywood studio.

“Golden Oak offers the best in luxury experiences with a unique opportunity to live at Walt Disney World Resort,” Page Pierce, vice president of Disney Resort Real Estate Development, said in the news release.

So what do you get for your $3 million, in addition to the home?

All Golden Oak homeowners become members of the Golden Oak Club, which provides access to a private clubhouse for residents featuring the full-service Markham’s dining room and Tyler’s Lounge, state-of-the-art fitness facility and pool. Homeowners also have access to a Resident Services team, which offers concierge-style services and events throughout the year, in addition to assisting with personal requests such as coordinating park transportation, spa and golf reservations, special event tickets and more.
