Awesome images of SpaceX Falcon 9 launch captured over Disney World

Early Friday morning a SpaceX Falcon 9 rockets carrying four astronauts took off from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center for a six-month space mission and Disney photographers were ready to capture the launch as it passed over Walt Disney World.

The Crew Dragon capsule, named “Endeavour” was previously used in a May 2020 launch. The Falcon 9 rocket was used in a November 2020 mission.

Disney photographers staked out two locations in the park – Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge – to capture the 5:49 a.m. EDT launch that lighted up the predawn sky.
