Tumble Monkeys returning to Festival of the Lion King this summer

The Tumble Monkeys, a fan-favorite acrobatic troupe, will be returning to the “The Festival of the Lion King” show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom this summer, Disney announced.

Currently, a modified show called “A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King” is being performed without some of the segments including the acrobats. The changes were made, temporarily pausing some show elements, to allow for appropriate physical distancing during COVD-19 pandemic.

Recently, Disney has put out a call for acrobats now that things are getting back toward normal.

According to Disney Parks TikTok feed the segment will return this “summer.”
