New Frozen ride to open June 21 at Disney World
One of the most anticipated rides at Disney World will be opening this week on June 21, 2016 – Frozen Ever After. The opening includes a new meet and greet area.

The ride and meet and greet are expected to be so popular that Disney will open the attractions in the Norway Pavilion at 9 a.m. with Future World.
The Frozen Ever After ride places guests on a boat tour through the kingdom of Arendelle. According to Disney, the ride “starts at the ‘Summer Snow Day’ Celebration where Queen Elsa embraces her magical powers to create a beautiful ‘winter-in-summer’ day for the entire kingdom.
Next, guests will pass Troll Valley on their way up the icy North Mountain to Queen Elsa’s Ice Palace before their return trip to the Bay of Arendelle.”
The new meet and greet area is located in the adjacent Royal Sommerhus.
The new opening takes place after a tumultuous week for Disney, including mass killings in Orlando, a 2-year-old being killed by an alligator at the Grand Floridian, the opening of Shanghai Disneyland and the opening of new attractions at Disney World.
