Video: Star Wars Stormtroopers poke fun at the missing Sorcerer’s Hat at Hollywood Studios

This year Disney decided to get rid of Mickey Sorcerer’s Hat at Hollywood Studios in Disney World.

The 122-foot-tall hat was built at Hollywood Studios in September 2001 as part of the 100 Years of Magic celebration at Disney World. When the celebration ended in 2003 many thought the hat would be history, but it remained.

The hat had been controversial over the years, but was has been a mainstay, including during Star Wars Weekends. Now that it is gone, even the Stormtroopers decided to poke some fun at the missing hat during a pre-show at Star Wars Weekends.
