‘Frozen’ tops list of digital movies purchased and rented in 2014
“Frozen” was the number one digital movie purchase and rental of 2014, according to Rentrak, which measures such things.
The movie, which won the Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film of the Year beat out “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” and “The Lego Movie.”
Disney had four of the top 20 movies on the list.
According to the company’s Digital Download Essentials Industry service, the top 20 purchased and rented movies, per data collected from weeks ending Jan. 5 to Dec. 28, 2014, are:

- The Lego Movie
