Star Wars concert series coming to New York in the Fall 2017
For all of you fans who have ever wanted to watch Star Wars movies and hear it with a live orchestra (there’s got to be a couple of us out there), you will now have the opportunity.
The New York Philharmonic will present the World Premiere of the Star Wars — Film Concert Series featuring screenings of the complete films “A New Hope,” “The Empire Strikes Back,” “Return of the Jedi,” and “The Force Awakens” at David Geffen Hall in New York City.
The concerts, led by acclaimed conductor David Newman, will take place September 15 through October 7, 2017.

Sept. 15, 2017 – 8 p.m. – A New Hope
Sept. 16, 2017 – 8 p.m. – A New Hope
Sept. 27, 2017 – 7:30 p.m. – The Empire Strikes Back
Oct. 4, 2017 – 7:30 p.m. – Return of the Jedi
Oct. 5, 2017 – 7:30 p.m. – Return of the Jedi
