Magic Kingdom Reveals New Menu for Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up

Disney World is is introducing a new limited-time dining experience at The Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom, featuring a redesigned menu of frontier-inspired small plates, specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

The pop-up venue opens Oct. 4, with advance reservations available starting Sept. 29.

The updated food offerings emphasize shareable, Western-themed small plates. Highlights include sweet golden corn fritters served with cilantro ranch and red chili honey, queso fundido topped with barbecue burnt ends, glazed sticky ribs with cowboy beans, and a charcuterie board featuring cured beef, candied bacon, and green chile cheese. Additional options include chipotle chicken tostadas and a mini hot dog platter wrapped in pastry.

The venue’s beverage program introduces several new non-alcoholic sodas and mocktails, including an orange cream soda, a caramel root beer topped with sweet cream, and the “Enchanting Ember Lemonade,” which pairs strawberry and hot honey with lemonade. For adult guests, the bar menu features a variety of specialty cocktails, draft beers, and wines.

• Charcuterie: Cured beef, candied bacon, smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles 
• Glazed Sticky Ribs with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps 
• Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends with warm tortilla chips

• Whinnyin’ Whiskey Lemonade: Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Aperol liqueur, strawberry purée, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, and basil 
• Cactus Rose Margarita: LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime, and agave 
• High Plains Huckleberry: 44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka, crème de cassis liqueur, lemon juice, and cranberry 
• Rattler Rum Punch: Bacardí Superior Rum, orange, pineapple, lime, and passion fruit, garnished with a sweet-and-spicy rim

The pop-up will not operate during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party hours, but it will be open to guests attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Offerings remain subject to change and availability.
