Construction walls removed around Summer House restaurant at Disney Springs
Construction walls have been taken down around Summer House on the Lake, a new restaurant that s supposed to open by the end of the year at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World.
Summer House on the Lake is part of the stable of restaurants owned and operated by Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, which also operates Beatrix Restaurants, which was originally supposed to open at Disney Springs prior to the pandemic.
No date has yet been announced for the grand opening, but there are still signs around the exterior of the building that it is coming in 2023.
Summer House on the Lake has locations in Santa Monica, Chicago and North Bethesda. The restaurant will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch with a menu that showcases garden-fresh foods and seasonal Florida ingredients.
The menu will include salads, sandwiches, pizzas and more. An in-house bakery is also planned which will serve freshly baked cookies, brownies and other goodies. In addition to the extensive food menu there is a drink menu that will include wine, beer, handcrafted cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks. Plus, rosé afficcionados are sure to love the signature Rosé Cart, featuring an alluring array of options.
