Character breakfast returning to Aulani’s Makahiki Restaurant in May

The Makahiki Restaurant at  Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa will re-introduce its character breakfasts starting May 7, with a few adjustments for health and safety reasons.

Mickey Mouse and friends will join Aunty or Uncle for fun songs and entertainment during the three-course breakfast. All will have the opportunity to take photos with the characters.

While the breakfast is available seven days a week, Disney characters will only be joining in on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. During the month of May, only resort guests can sign up for the character dining.

Breakfast reservations open April 26 and can be made by calling Aulani Resort at (808) 674-6200.

The choice of entrees for the breakfast include: fluffy macadamia nut pancakes with a Tahitian vanilla sauce or Hawaiian-style Loco Moco with hamburger steak, all accompanied by pastries and seasonal fresh fruit. Kids can choose the Mickey and Minnie waffle, which includes a Belgian mickey waffle and red velvet Minnie waffle.
