The 2013 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival has a nice addition this year, The Land of Oz Garden.

The area has an interactive children’s play zone featuring giant flowers and designed to stretch kids’ imaginations and muscles. There is a midway area with circus-themed game tents and an imagination walkway where there is a crashed hot-air balloon. But the most beautiful part of the area are the glass flowers.
Michigan artist Craig Mitchell Smith created 63 handmade poppies, which took about four days each to make. He will appear at the festival from April 4-7, 2013.
