FassPass+ for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Disney World begins Feb. 19
You can now start making your FastPass+ reservations for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Walt Disney World beginning Feb. 19, 2020, according to the My Disney Experience app.
No FastPass+ option has shown up for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. According to the Disney Parks Blog, “please note that during this grand opening period of our popular new attraction, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, we will continue to operate the virtual queue system for entry. We may include this attraction in the FastPass+ service sometime in the future and will share more information at that time.”
For now, the only way to continue to get on that ride will be with the virtual queue system, by joining boarding parties each morning.
Disney World is also changing the tiers for choices. When you make FastPass+ plans for Hollywood Studios, you can select between either Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run or Slinky Dog Dash (pending availability). Then, you can add additional experiences to plans, including Toy Story Mania, Alien Swirling Saucers, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Fantasmic! and all the others.
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge has been available only on standby lines since it opened.
Also coming to Hollywood Studios in March 4 is Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. Looking at the choices in March, that attraction is not listed. It is unknown if that will be pure standby or if Disney World will be using a virtual queue.
