Rivers of Light show at Animal Kingdom changing this summer

The Rivers of Light show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World will be introducing additional nature imagery from Disneynature films as well as Disney characters and a new musical score this summer.

“Rivers of Light: We Are One” will debut Memorial Day Weekend 2019 and focus on our connection with animals and the emotions and milestones we all share.

The music of “Rivers of Light: We Are One” weaves together the original musical score and familiar Disney themes to “create a powerful arrangement that inspires and carries us through moments of discovery, fun, friendship, fear, love and family,” according to the Disney Parks Blog.

Rivers of Light officially debuted at the Discovery River Amphitheater on Feb. 17, 2017.
