The Lion King and Jungle Festival coming to Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris this summer will debut The Lion King & Jungle Festival for a limited time.

From June 30 to Sept. 22, singers, dancers, acrobats and more will bring to life scenes from “The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands.” During the show, Disney fans of all ages can enjoy renditions of “Circle of Life,” “I Just Can’t Wait to be King,” “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” and the forever iconic “Hakuna Matata,” featuring original choreography and costume design. The show will also be interpreted in French sign language during weekends.

Continuing the celebration, “The Jungle Book Jive” with Baloo, King Louie, Mickey Mouse and friends will invite guests on a trip through the Indian jungle. The show will feature classic songs such as “The Bare Necessities” and “I Wan’na Be Like You.”

A new “Djembe Joy” village dedicated to these two great Disney classics will offer an immersive and interactive experience during the festival, with appearances by Rafiki and King Louie, plus a few more surprises. Timon and Pumbaa will also be waiting for guests in Adventureland to teach their philosophy by dancing to Timon’s “MataDance.”
