Donald’s Dino-Bash attraction at Disney World will be permanent
The new Donald’s Dino-Bash opening on May 25, 2018, at Animal Kingdom and Disney World will become a permanent addition to the Dinoland USA area.
The new meet and greet and area now under construction will have eight stations, seven of them brand-new and the attraction will be permanent, Mark Renfrow, show director with Disney Parks Live Entertainment told the Orlando Sentinel.
The themeing is based on Donald Duck recently finding out that his ancestors were actually dinosaurs. “And to mark this unexpected discovery, he’s transformed the land into a celebration for the ages,” the Disney website states.
Early indications from the Disney World website is that guests will be able to see the characters from 4 to 8 p.m.
Some of the characters to meet look to include Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Chip ‘n’ Dale, Launchpad McQuack and Scrooge McDuck.
Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse already have a location to meet guests at the Adventurers Outpost on Discovery Island.
