Happy HalloWishes Dessert Package added to Magic Kingdom’s Halloween party

Disney has added a special Happy HalloWishes Premium Dessert Package to this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom.

The package includes a dessert party at the Tomorrowland Terrace, where you get a prime seat for the fireworks. But even better, it also includes viewing Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade from the center flag pole area of Town Square — and a chance to catch a relatively unobstructed view of the Headless Horseman thundering down Main Street USA.

That alone may make the price worthwhile, since it will save you the hours you would have to wait to stake out such a prime spot for the parade. Cost is $69, $39 for ages 3-11. For reservations visit DisneyWorld.com/DINE or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

At Tomorrowland Terrace, you’ll be able to indulge in Halloween-themed desserts including ghost meringues, peanut butter-chocolate pretzel “witch fingers,” spiced pumpkin cheesecake brownies and peanut butter “spider” whoopie pies — not to mention mummy cupcakes, candy corn cupcakes and “worm and dirt pots.”
You won’t leave empty-handed, either: You also get to take home a skull mug filled with candy — in addition to the shopping bag full you’ll get from trick-or-treating around the park.
