Family threatens to sue Disney World after boy is bitten by a snake at Animal Kingdom
An Alabama family plans to sue Disney World after they claim a snake at Animal Kingdom bit him, which led to the boy’s grandmother’s death.

Well known Orlando attorney Matt Morgan said this week that he was retained by the family for the 2014 incident, according to WKMG ClickOrlando.
The family claims the snake escaped and fell from a tree and bit the boy. The grandmother saw the snake bite the boy and went into cardiac arrest. She died a short time later, the Associated Press reported.
According to Disney, the snake was wild and not part of any exhibit at Animal Kingdom. The snake was non-venomous and the boy was treated with a Band-Aid and the family returned to the park, the AP reported.
A park representative to WKMG that the allegations are a mischaracterization of the facts. The company did not address the woman’s death.
