Level99 Sets June Opening Date for Disney Springs Venue
An opening date has officially been announced for Level99, the massive, highly anticipated real-world social gaming venue coming to Disney Springs at Disney World Resort later this month.
The company announced Tuesday that the new 46,800-square-foot entertainment complex will officially open its doors at Disney Springs West Side on Monday, June 29. Ticket sales for the venue will launch one week prior, on Monday, June 22, via the company’s website.
Designed for adults and teens, the sprawling two-story destination features 63 distinct physical and mental mini-games—the most of any Level99 venue to date—alongside a massive two-story centerpiece bar and a scratch-kitchen restaurant.
“We’re thrilled to bring Level99 to Walt Disney World Resort and share it with the millions of visitors who come to Orlando each year,” said Matt DuPlessie, Founder and CEO of Level99. “As a company founded on innovation and groundbreaking themed entertainment, it is a natural fit to now be at a place built on those very same ideals.”
High-Tech Challenges and Accessible Play
Upon checking in, guests will receive an RFID-powered “Veloband” used to unlock individual challenges. Admission grants players unlimited attempts at all games in any order they choose, with each active, social experience lasting between one and four minutes for teams of two to six players. The venue’s technology automatically tracks and saves player progress, allowing guests to build on their scores during future visits or at other Level99 locations.
The venue will launch with three ways to play: cooperative Challenge Rooms, competitive Player-vs-Player Duels, and an interactive art scavenger hunt that weaves through more than 40 original art installations.

Signature challenges announced for the Disney Springs location include:
- Axe Run: A high-adrenaline agility test where players race across a narrow beam while dodging swinging axes.
- Ninja Swing: A strength and precision challenge requiring players to navigate a series of platforms using ropes.
- Mansion Banquet: A fast-paced mental game where players solve logic puzzles to correctly seat finicky dinner party guests.
All challenges are designed and manufactured at Level99’s production facility in Massachusetts, allowing the company to periodically rotate new games into the venue. To ensure inclusivity, each game’s entry screen provides specific skill and accessibility information, offering numerous options for players with mobility limitations.
“Elevated” Culinary Offerings
Beyond the gaming floors, Level99 focuses heavily on an upscale casual culinary experience. Food and beverages will be accessible via a first-floor kitchen window, the central bar, and satellite beverage carts stationed on the second floor.
The scratch-made menu features items like loaded elote guacamole, domestic wagyu burgers with brown butter aioli, and Level99’s signature Detroit-style pizzas, which are baked in steel pans using a 24-hour cold-fermented dough to achieve a crispy cheese crust. Handcrafted cocktails and local craft beers will also be featured on tap.
“We know our guests love the variety of experiences here at Disney Springs and Level99 is a perfect addition to make even more fun memories with friends and family,” said Debbie Hart, Vice President of Disney Springs.
