Contemporary gingerbread display at Disney World features ‘Frozen’ characters

The gingerbread display at the Contemporary Resort at Disney World has taken the look and feel of it’s a small world and combined it with the characters from “Frozen.”
The Contemporary baking team was inspired by Disney artist Mary Blair to create the display located on the fourth floor of the resort.
Instead of the usually Hidden Mickeys found in many of the creations, this time there are 15 Hidden Olafs.
What does a gingerbread snowman do in summer?
To make the display, the baking team used the following:

- 67 pounds of spices
- 222 pounds of icing
- 273 eggs
- 311 pounds of honey
- 423 pounds of chocolate
- 514 pounds of flour
- 1,500 gingerbread shingles
