Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge map now online at Disney World site

As cast member previews kicked off for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the new digital map of the 14-acre land was released online at Disney World and on the My Disney Experience App.

Now, that’s its up, lets take a closer look at the map to give you an idea of the layout. Below is the entrance from Grand Avenue. The top right is the tunnel you will enter the land from. Here is the Rise of the Resistance attraction, which will open Dec. 5, 2019.

The first ship you come upon is the A-wing Starfighter. This was used first but the Rebel Alliance and now the Resistance. As you walk toward the Resistance Supply you come upon the famed X-wing Starfighter.

The path then takes you to the shopping area, including the Creature Stall, Toydrian Toymaker and Black Spires Outfitters.

The path then takes you toward the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and the major shopping area, including Savi’s Workshop and Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities, as well as Oga’s Cantina. Now if you go to the top of the map, that is below, that path will take you to the Toy Story Land entrance. On your way you will walk past two Landspeeders, an X-34 model, similar to one Luke Skywalker uses in “Star Wars: A New Hope,” and a Jakku speeder, built from scavenged parts.

Here is a closer look inside the village where you will also find a First Order TIE echelon fighter.
