Play Disney Parks app updates with Halloween surprises
The Play Disney Parks app has been updated for Halloween.
The app has specially themed game boards and surprises for those playing in Disneyland or Walt Disney World now through Oct. 31, 2018, according to the Disney Parks Blog.
Jack Skellington and Zero and Oogie Boogie can be found in the Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure park maps.
All new ride achievements will be available at Disneyland, including at Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy and Haunted Mansion Holiday. At Disney World, there will be a special Halloween achievement at the Haunted Mansion.
The special Apple Music®* playlists will also have specially curated music for Halloween. Guests visiting Sandy Claws at Haunted Mansion Holiday at Disneyland park can access Apple Music® from within the app to listen to a “Disney Villains” playlist, while visitors at the Haunted Mansion at Magic Kingdom Park may find a “Halloween Trick or Treat Tunes” playlist featuring classic Halloween songs like “Grim Grinning Ghosts” and newer favorites like “Everybody Scream, Everybody Howl” from the hit Disney Junior series “Vampirina.”
