Disneyland unveils new voice-based phone response system

The Disneyland Resort this summer is unveiling a voice-based phone program designed to answer questions from guests at the park.

Ask Otto! at 714-520-7090 was designed by Walt Disney Imagineering to answer basic questions, according to the Disney Parks Blog.

The phone program will answer:

• Park operating hours.
• Ride wait times and FastPass return times.
• Show times for parades fireworks, Fantasmic! and World of Color.
• General dining information and location for food and beverage options.
