Video of Disneyland’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge construction site

Though Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland and Disney World won’t open until 2019, Disney released a video of the construction site at Disneyland.

Walt Disney Company Chairman and CEO Bob Iger shared the video this morning during the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The video is specifically of Disneyland’s construction site. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be a new immersive land at Disneyland and Hollywood Studios in Disney World.

Guests will be taken to the planet Batuu and be able to participate in two attractions. The first attraction allows guests to fly the Millennium Falcon on a secret mission. The second attraction puts guests in the middle of a battle with the First Order and the Resistance.
