Disney Cruise Line cancels 3 sailings due to Hurricane Irma

Disney Cruise Line has made a number of adjustments due to the projected path of Hurricane Irma, including bringing ships back earlier and cancelling three sailings.

As of 8 a.m. Sept. 6, 2017, Irma remains a Category 5 hurricane with maximum sustained winds near 185 mph. Irma will move

over portions
of the northern Virgin Islands today, pass near or just north of
Puerto Rico this afternoon or tonight, and pass near or just north
of the coast of the Dominican Republic Thursday. Some fluctuations in intensity are likely during the next day or two, but Irma is forecast to remain a
powerful category 4 or 5 hurricane during the next couple of days, according to the Hurricane Center.

At this point Florida is forecast to be impacted by the Irma in some form, but the exact path is still uncertain, according to weather forecasters.

Some airlines have started waiving change fees, we have information here. And for those at Disney World, here is Disney’s World’s hurricane policy.
