New Muppets show starts at the Magic Kingdom on Oct. 2, 2016

Time to learn some history at Disney World – Muppets style.

Starting on Oct. 2, 2016, the Muppets will appear at the Magic Kingdom’s The Hall of Presidents to share stories of the birth of the U.S. from the midnight ride of Paul Revere to the signing of the Declaration of Independence in a live show called “The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History.”

James “J.J.” Jefferson — the town crier of Liberty Square, with the help of Sam Eagle, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and The Great Gonzo share “historical tales in hysterical fashion,” according to the Disney Parks Blog.
