Disney settled one lawsuit over “Frozen,” and finds itself in the middle of another after kicking someone out of Club 33 and Disneyland would like to go through a $1 billion expansion.

Remember the copyright lawsuit filed against Disney over a “Frozen?” Well, the Walt Disney Company decided to settle the case, according to Entertainment Weekly.

One of the original members of Disneyland’s Club 33 is suing Disneyland, claiming his membership was unfairly terminated, according to KTLA.com.

Captain EO will be returning to Epcot on July 19, 2015, according to wdwmagic.com. 

Peter Pan’s Flight at Disneyland will reopen July 1 with new re-imagined scenes and special effects, according to insidethemagic.net.
