Santa and Dancing Lights hit the Swan and Dolphin
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has officially unwrapped its 2025 festive lineup, transforming the three-hotel complex into a premier holiday headquarters for families visiting Central Florida. This season, guests can immerse themselves in a full slate of “Holiday Happenings,” ranging from synchronized light shows to personalized in-room decor, all while utilizing the resort as a convenient home base for Disney’s major seasonal events.
To help guests navigate the seasonal cheer, the resort has released its official Holiday Happenings Guidebook. Key experiences this year include Santa’s Holiday Hangout, where families can join Santa and Mrs. Claus by the Swan pool, and the Elves’ Magical Workshop, an interactive crafting space where children can create custom ornaments and decorate holiday cookies.

Highlights include:
Entertainment and Photo Ops with Santa and Mrs. Claus – Santa and Mrs. Claus, along with their special elf Kandy Kane, will entertain guests at Santa’s Holiday Hangout by the Swan pool on select nights. There will also be special holiday entertainment providing guests with laughter and fun photo opportunities.
Santa’s Dancing Lights Spectacular – Each evening, the hotel’s outdoor causeway transforms into a dazzling musical spectacle with dancing illuminated palm trees synchronized to favorite holiday tunes.
Elves’ Magical Workshop – Children can step into a whimsical world of creativity inside the Elves’ Magical Workshop, where friendly elves guide them through festive craft stations including ornament decorating, personalized gift bag assembly, stuffed-toy creation and complimentary cookie decorating, each designed to spark imagination and holiday cheer.
Guestroom “Deck the Halls” Holiday Décor Packages – The elves are spreading Christmas cheer by helping guests decorate their rooms with a special “Deck the Halls” package, which includes a 6-foot pre-lit Christmas tree, tree topper, ornaments, tree skirt and Santa’s Stocking (additional cost).
