You can now use My Disney Experience to share a cast compliment
Over the years I’ve visited Walt Disney World there have always been Cast Members I’ve either interacted with or witnessed who have sprinkled special magic.
Whether that was providing extra FastPasses (remember those days), a free treat, an upgraded room, escorting you straight to meet Mickey Mouse, or even just making us smile with their jokes and helpfulness, these Cast Members have helped create special memorable experiences.
I always felt it was important to pass along our appreciation to someone. First it was finding a manager, or writing a letter. It then changed to e-mail, and even Tweeting it out. Now, Disney is making it easier for us to pass along our gratitude to those who spread a little extra pixie dust.
You can now access a new feature via the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Destination Guide in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Guests can simply select a positive statement and location from an easy-to-navigate dropdown menu that reflects the magic they experienced made possible by the cast members at the heart of “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.”
This new mobile cast compliment feature provides an additional way to identify and share those positive interactions.
