Road closures due to 2024 Wine & Dine Half Marathon
There will be some road closures around Walt Disney World this weekend as the 10K and Half Marathon takes place during the 2024 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend. These road closures for Wine & Dine events are planned to minimize disruption.
Most of the closings should not impact those heading to the theme parks, but if you would like to get a very early start, you might find yourself a little delayed. World Drive, the main thoroughfare around the resort, should be back open on Saturday, Nov. 2, by 7:30 a.m. On Sunday, Nov. 3, the day of the half marathon, all roads should be open by 9:30 a.m.
The race weekend consists of a 5K on Friday, Nov. 1, Saturday’s 10K, and then the half marathon on Sunday. Also, remember that Sunday, there is a time change, and we “fall back” an hour.

Merchandise for the event will be available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex during the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo. All guests, runners and non-participants are invited to attend during the following dates and times:
- Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Friday, November. 1, 2024: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
