Disney Junior at Disneyland is getting a new show

Disneyland will get new Disney Junior show starting in May.

“Disney Junior Dance Party,” a live show experience inspired from “Mickey and the Roadster Racers,” “Doc McStuffins,” “Sofia the First” and “The Lion Guard.” will debut at Hollywood Land at California Adventure.

The Disney Junior Dance Party replaces “Playhouse Disney – Live on Stage!” which debuted in 2003. The show featured “Bear in the Big Blue House,” and characters from Little Einsteins, Handy Manny and Jake and the Never Land Pirates.

Disney Junior Dance Party”will introduce a concert format that involves guests directly in the experience.
