Dates, prices for 2024 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
Disney World has announced dates, pricing and some surprises for the 2024 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
As always, Halloween in Florida kicks off in August and seems very strange since Halloween happens in fall when leaves turn, and trees in Florida don’t lose their leaves until February, unless there is a hurricane.
But, this is the way in the Sunshine State. This is a separately-ticketed event held on select nights at Magic Kingdom from Aug. 9 through Oct. 31.
This year there will be a few changes:
New Earlier Start Times for “Boo-To-You” – While everyone loves the spooky splendor of “Mickey’s Boo-To-You,” the late start can be daunting for guests who prefer to turn in early. This year, the fun begins at 8:15 p.m., an hour earlier than prior years.
Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in New Costumes – Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will greet guests during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in their brand-new neon spiderweb attire.
Villains character sightings – Villains continue to be a crowd pleaser, and guests can look forward to seeing some of their favorite bad guys (and girls) from the moment the party begins and throughout the evening.
DescenDANCE Party – A high-energy rave inspired by the Disney Original Movie, “Descendants: The Rise of Red” premiering on Disney+ on July 12, guests can dance along to their favorite hits, including other songs from the “Descendants” films, at the Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.
Speaking of Bruno – For the first time during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary, Bruno Madrigal from the Disney Animation Studios film “Encanto” will meet guests alongside Mirabel at the family Casita in Fairytale Garden.
In addition to these new offerings, the event will also feature returning favorites like “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” fireworks show, hosted by Jack Skellington, the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show, trick-or-treating throughout the park and Halloween attraction twists.
Ticket Prices and Dates
Prices for the event have increased by $10. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will start at $119. In 2023, they started at $109. The high end of the ticket price range remains $199. There are discounts. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party—valid only for event nights in August and September. Tickets go on sale for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green on May 8. For all other guests, tickets will go on sale May 15. More information is available here.
