As part of Disneyland’s 2024 Season of the Force celebration, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa culinary team created a special Star Wars Millennium Falcon galactic presentation.
The limited-time offerings of the Season of the Force last through Jun 2, 2024.
This special Millennium Falcon ship, sitting in a canyon similar to the one at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, took about 480 hours to complete.
The pastry team used the following to create this:
- 300 pounds of powdered sugar
- 100 pounds of dark chocolate
- 80 pounds of crisped rice cereal
- 65 pounds of gray fondant
- 60 pounds of white fondant
- 40 pounds of white chocolate
- 30 pounds of egg whites
- 30 pounds of butter
- 1 gallon of lemon juice
