New ‘Encanto’ experience opens at Tyson’s Corner, outside D.C.

La Familia Madrigal has opened their doors and invited families to visit them at Tyson’s Corner Center in Virginia at the world’s first immersive Disney “Encanto” experience: a real-life Casita, complete with secret passages, interactive magic, live music, and surprises behind every magic door.

From Antonio’s rainforest to Isabela’s floral wonderland and Luisa’s happy place, the 5,000-square-foot re-creation of the home is built in CAMP, a shop/play hybrid experience at Tyson’s Corner. There are nine of these around the country.

CAMP stores have rotating themed experiences. As part of the Disney Encanto town square at CAMP, merchants have cooked up all kinds of custom-made, exclusive goods inspired by the world of Disney Encanto that are only available at CAMP.

Tickets are available through April 28 (most of December is sold out) at a price ranging $30 to $44 per ticket. You can get more information here camp.com/disney-encanto-x-camp-dc.

For a closer look at the Disney Encanto experience at Tyson’s Corner, the Washington Post visited earlier this week. You can find what they wrote here.
