Cake Bake Shop opening at Disney’s BoardWalk not happening in 2023

The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers originally scheduled to open in 2023 at Disney’s BoardWalk won’t open this year.

The new table service restaurant and bakery that is expected to offer both savory and dessert menus, along with afternoon tea service, in a whimsical atmosphere is replacing the ESPN Club.

The 2023 opening timeframe has been removed from the official Cake Bake Shop website. A new timeframe was not announced, the shop is just “coming soon.”
