2023 EPCOT Festival of Holidays dates announced
This year’s EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays dates have been announced and the surroundings around EPCOT should be different this year.
The festival will take place Nov. 24 through Dec. 30, 2023 with the return of the Candlelight Processional storytellers from around the world, joyful musical acts, and Holiday Kitchens. But this year should also see the completion of EPCOT’s transformation at the front of the park with a new festival stage, walking paths and holiday decorations.
EPCOT’s multi-year transformation will be complete by the end of the year, Disney announced in March.
The transformation has taken place over the last couple of years, and we have already seen the opening of Connections Cafe and the new Creations Shop.
When CommuniCore Hall opens in World Celebration later this year, it will be the center of festival programming throughout the park. It will be the home of an exhibition space that will transform with each festival throughout the year with outdoor performances.
In addition, Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana, a walking path where people can interact with water will also be open.
The full Candlelight Processional will also return this year for the festival with a 50-piece live orchestra, the Voices of Liberty a capella ensemble, and massed choirs, including guest choirs from across Florida and Disney cast member choirs.
