Photos: Easter egg display at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
The bakery team at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, led by Pastry Chef Jeff Barnes has designed an array of Easter eggs inspired by various Disney themes for this year’s Easter display.
It took about three to four weeks to compete. Each egg is hand crafted with white, darl and milk chocolate. In use are a variety of decorative products such as rolled fondant, colored sugars, and cocoa butter. The display contains over 200 pounds of chocolate.
