Ferrytale Fireworks closing for multi-month refurbishment

Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise that combines a dessert party, a cruise and fireworks into one event will be closing at the end of the month for refurbishment.

According to Disney, the cruise will be closed for refurbishment from March 30 through July 5, 2023.

The night starts about 90 minutes before fireworks as you climb aboard one of ferryboats from the Ticket and Transportation Center.

Once you cast off, the celebration continues with a stellar selection of bite-size signature treats, from KABOOM! Cupcakes and Rocket Burst Popcorn Push Ups to Red Velvet Wow! Pie and Grand Finale Key Lime Tarts. You can even Build Your Own Mousse. 

There are a number of specialty drinks with and without alcohol and for the kids or big kids, there’s also an ultraviolet scavenger hunt. 

From the middle of the lagoon you then get to watch the fireworks, with the music and you put on special “Mickey Vision” glasses to help transform your viewing experience
