Magic Kingdom is gord-geous decked out for Halloween party, fall

Fall has come to Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World and the pumpkins, scarecrows and leaf bunting are up down Main Street, U.S.A., and Liberty Square area of the theme park.

The fall really kicks off on Friday, Aug. 12 with the start of  Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Taking place on 37 select nights Aug. 12 through Oct. 31, 2022, this special event haunts Magic Kingdom Park after normal park operating hours from 7 p.m. to midnight.  

Starting outside Magic Kingdom, two large pumpkins are outside the entry points.
